WA Government Submission Webinar - Indigenous Rights, accountability and advocacy body

Join us for this informative webinar, run by Joel Clark, Amnesty International Australia Government Relations Advisor:

The Government of Western Australia is currently calling for submissions in response to the proposed creation of a new statutory office. This office would strengthen the government’s accountability to Aboriginal Western Australians and advocate for Aboriginal people’s interests in government policy and performance. The office would be independent from the Government of the day, have statutory powers and work with a specific focus on Aboriginal people and the issues that matter to them.

This is a fantastic opportunity to have your voice heard in relation to Indigenous rights in Western Australia.

If you'd like to find out how to write a submission to the Government, and get the details for submission deadlines and processes - join our Government Relations advisor, Joel Clark, online this Thursday 16th August for a training webinar.

You can join the webinar at 5:30pm (Perth time) on Thursday 16th August by following this link
